Soft Cotton Rug Hush Hand Loomed in Muted Colours 9 Colour Options

I ordered two of these rugs as part of a larger order. They arrived smelling very strongly of mould (as did the whole package). Washing did not remove the smell. When I contacted Second Nature for a refund, I was told that the rugs I had washed would not be refunded. I am very disappointed by this standard of customer service. I feel I made a mistake by trusting this company to act in good faith towards its customers.

Lovely quality! Using it as a kitchen rug :)

Wonderful quality and appearance, beautiful colour. Looks great in our bathroom- our cats love it too!

Very nice rug and well made.

This rug was exactly what I wanted for our kitchen - really lovely quality, even better in real life than in the pictures and delivered very quickly. I was looking for a cotton rug in the hope that I could wash it, because I knew it would definitely get dirty in a high traffic area, and I'm really pleased to say that it has now been through the washing machine and come out perfectly. So all in all I'm delighted and will definitely be back to buy more rugs, as well as to explore the other lovely items on offer. Thank you!

Just what I was looking for. Love the duck egg blue colour & the texture of the rug. I would recommend.
