Refund policy

Shop in confidence knowing that if the item is not quite what you expected or it clashes with the curtains or the dog keeps barking at it then you can send it back for a full refund of your original payment.

All we ask is that you let us know that the item is to be returned and that you send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as delivered and that it is repackaged in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the item until it is returned to us so please ensure that you use a suitable postal service bearing in mind the potential fragility and value of the item.
