FREE UK DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders including remote postcodes where possible! In most cases this will apply across the board, but if we find that a postage charge is disproportionate to the value of the order then we may contact you to discuss splitting the cost.
We aim to get all orders despatched within 24 hours and we mostly use express services with DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. In other words, you should usually receive your order within a couple of days! On occasion, things may take a little longer, but we will always let you know if we foresee any unexpected delay. If delivery of your order seems to be taking longer than expected please let us know as soon as possible and this will increase our chances of tracking the item down!

RETURNS
Having to return an item always feels a bit disappointing but we aim to make it as easy as possible! Just let us know that you would like to return an item and we will give you instructions on what to do!
