The GRETA RANGE is all about Scandinavian design and eco friendly materials. A gorgeous rug with natural off white base and a herringbone zig zag design which comes in a range of colours. These beautiful rugs are hand loomed from thick yarn made from recycled cotton and sustainable jute. The flat weave design finishes with hand tied fringe tassels. You may find small threads of other materials but this is all part of the charm!

These lovely products are hand woven on traditional flat looms by skilled artisan weavers. The result is a simple flat weave rug around half a centimetre in thickness. This makes them ideal for placement under furniture as well as in an open room.

The rugs are reversible with the same design on each side and they can be rolled up or folded when not in use. They can be shaken, or spot cleaned and our customers report that the rug can be gently washed in cool water.

There are four sizes to choose from; small, medium, large and a long runner version.

Please note that the rugs may vary slightly in tone and pattern.

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders including remote postcodes where possible! In most cases this will apply across the board, but if we find that a postage charge is disproportionate to the value of the order then we may contact you to discuss splitting the cost.

We aim to get all orders despatched within 24 hours and we mostly use express services with DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. In other words, you should usually receive your order within a couple of days! On occasion, things may take a little longer, but we will always let you know if we foresee any unexpected delay. If delivery of your order seems to be taking longer than expected please let us know as soon as possible and this will increase our chances of tracking the item down!

The rug arrived smelling very strongly of mould (as did the whole package). Washing it did not remove the smell. When I contacted Second Nature for a refund, I was told that the fact I had washed the rug meant it would not be refunded. I feel I made a mistake by trusting this company to act in good faith towards its customers.

Thank you for your review. As explained - we were surprised at the nature of the complaint but, in any case, we would have been more than happy to refund any item that you weren't happy with. We always ask that customers contact us about any issue they are having before they do anything further to the product. Washing all of the rugs has removed any option we have to inspect the product and to resolve any findings.
